Set to heart-opening, soul-inspired beats, this a moderately paced class appropriate for students with at least 1 month of consistent practice in a beginner class. A mixed style class incorporating deep posture alignments and a bit of flow yoga. Props & variations are given to allow students to choose a more beginning or more advanced practice according to needs.  Come to class with an open mind and ready to open your heart to liberation.
