Rise with Alli is open to all levels + abilities and is especially great if you are newer to yoga or seeking therapeutic benefits. This gentle practice focuses on moving into basic yoga poses at a slower pace, with an emphasis on the breath to bring you into a mindful state. Expect lots of stretching with a heavy dose of relaxation & meditation to wrap up your practice and leave you feeling inspired & FREE!
