Beginner Yoga

Technically, we are all just beginners. This class is especially for you if you are seeking to learn the foundations of a yoga practice while still receiving therapeutic benefits to bring you into a mindful state. This gentle practice will guide you into basic yoga poses at a slower pace, keeping an emphasis on breath & alignment, helping you to build the strength and confidence to take your yoga practice deeper.
